Spending summers at my grandparents' Montana ranch was truly one of the highlights of my childhood! Working alongside Rod and Eldora, I learned the importance of responsibility, compassion, and perseverance, which have become cornerstones of who I am today. Derek and I began building Wood & Whimzy together in 2023, and our journey into the world of hat-making started soon after! Initially, we started selling a small collection of hats, but as we listened to our customers and observed the trends, we discovered a niche for well-crafted, unique artisan hats. Our designs, which blend fashion with functionality, quickly gained popularity among those seeking individuality and quality. Together, we honed our craft, turning a simple market stall into a thriving business that celebrates creativity and craftsmanship.

My grandmother, sporting her bright purple cowboy hat, always brought a smile to my face, while my grandpa, with his trusty black hat, was the picture of wisdom and strength.
