Everyone Deserves a Bit of Whimsy
With more than 25 years of experience in public relations and communications, I began to miss my early career as a graphic designer. About 6 months ago, I realized I suddenly had more time on my hands - my kids are (or are nearly) adults, and they need my advice more than 24-7 care. I found myself missing the creativity of design and my early hobbies of painting and quilting. What had happened? How had I let all of my creative outlets go?
Having always dreamed of starting my own business, I chose to buy a laser engraver. I can't even tell you how it came into my peripheral vision, but I started visualizing everything I could build and make and began to feel some of that creative passion grow. My children and I share this passion with friends, family and our community by bringing them joy through gifts, jewelry and decor hand-crafted in the Texas Hill Country. We help people see the whimsy in each day.
