Product quality

We do our absolute best to provide a quality product. Please note, because of the nature of the materials used, the items can be very delicate. Please remove all jewelry prior to bathing, sleeping, sweating … you get the picture. Please be gentle! Unique means extra care is required.

The items you are ordering are hand designed, painted, crafted, glued, sanded, etc., right here in the Texas Hill Country. Any variations in craftsmanship and materials add to the one-of-a-kind nature of the items. That means that we believe what you have is special, and we hope it brings you as much joy using it as it gave us making it.

Returns and Exchanges

We are a small business. We want to be a big business, but until then, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after receipt of the item.

Returns are not accepted for personalized items. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us with any questions or concerns.

Personalization

Unless a font option is listed in an item, the font available is that in the photo. If you order a large quantity of personalized items or custom gifts, we will work with you on the design. You will have the opportunity for up to two design/spelling edits. Beyond that, there will be an additional charge.

Files can be downloaded instantly after purchase. Please go to the "Purchases and reviews" section of your account to download the file(s). You will also receive an email from Etsy once the purchase is confirmed.

Please make sure that you have the necessary software and know how to use them, and that your machine is compatible with the files before you make your purchase.

Due to the digital nature of the purchase, downloaded files are not refundable for any reason.

Once downloaded, the files will come in 1 .ZIP file, which you will have to extract. Upon purchase you have unlimited access to the file. If you download from SquareSpace, you have access to the file for 24 hours after the first download. Should you need help downloading or relocating the file, please contact me.
